The Shelly 1L Gen3 is a compact smart relay, specifically designed for lighting control, with one major advantage: it does not require a neutral wire to operate. This makes it ideal for retrofitting existing electrical installations without the need for major modifications.
The device allows you to control lights directly from the app, browser or smart home system and can operate both locally (on the Wi-Fi network) and via the cloud.
For correct operation with LED bulbs, a Shelly Bypass 1L/2L Gen3 is required, included in the pack, which is installed in parallel with the load.
The Shelly 1L Gen3 is designed for flush-mounting behind switches, making it the ideal solution for quickly transforming a traditional system into a smart system.
